Many of our regular market supporters will be pleased to know that Lockton Gourmet Sausages have rebranded. Brendan and Luke have taken over, and they’re now the proud owners of the newly named Yarra Valley Gourmet Sausages. They are still based in the Terrace in Mooralbark, Victoria and they’re back at THE BRIDGE the first Saturday of every month.

Your favourite gourmet sausages from THE BRIDGE MARKET are still all available. They produces handmade artisan sausages and specialise in low fat gluten free sausages. Using only the best quality ingredients. Some of the tasty varieties include Gervasoni Bull Boars, Traditional English Pork. Chicken, Spinach & Pinenut, Honey Mustard Chicken, Red Thai Chilli Beef & Blackeyed Beef.
